Membership & Refund Policy

Cancel memberships at any time. All sales are final. No refunds. All sessions or products purchased must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase. Any unused sessions or products will expire and cannot be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Neither Twin Flame Union Within, its principals or affiliates, nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein, and assumes no responsibility for anyone's use of the information, including any decisions in any way that stems from failure to take appropriate medical and/or psychiatric or counseling assistance.

In no event shall Twin Flame Union Within, affiliates, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: failure to seek appropriate medical and/or psychiatric assistance, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

Recording Policy

The recording of any coaching session — whether individual or group — is strictly prohibited by clients or any third party without prior written consent from Twin Flame Union Within. Session recordings will not be provided to clients under any circumstances. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

Group Coaching Sessions

Group coaching sessions occur at the same weekly time and are not rescheduled for individual absences. If you are unable to attend your usual group, you may join another available group session that week, if available, as a courtesy option. Missed sessions are not refunded or converted into 1:1 sessions.

Communication Policy

All official communication regarding coaching sessions, scheduling, program updates, and administrative matters will be sent to the email address provided at the time of enrollment. Clients are responsible for monitoring this email to ensure they receive all relevant information in a timely manner.

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for managing their own session schedule, time zone differences, and arriving on time for booked appointments. Reminder notifications may be sent as an added convenience but are not guaranteed and should not replace personal calendar management.

Technology & Platform Disclaimer

Coaching sessions are conducted via third-party video or communication platforms. Twin Flame Union Within is not responsible for technical difficulties, outages, connectivity issues, or platform failures experienced by the client. Sessions interrupted or missed due to technology issues on the client's end are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Confidentiality

All information shared within coaching sessions is treated with respect and discretion. However, confidentiality has limits. Twin Flame Union Within reserves the right — and may be required — to disclose information if a client presents a risk of harm to themselves or others, or where otherwise required by law. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that therapy or legal counsel is, and clients should be aware of this distinction.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, tools, worksheets, and methodologies shared during coaching sessions or provided through Twin Flame Union Within are the intellectual property of Twin Flame Union Within and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without prior written permission. This includes sharing content on social media or with third parties in any format.

Code of Conduct & Right to Terminate

Twin Flame Union Within reserves the right to terminate any membership or coaching relationship at any time if a client engages in disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward coaches, staff, or other group participants. Termination under these circumstances will not result in a refund of any kind. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants.

Age & Parental Consent

Coaching services offered by Twin Flame Union Within are generally intended for adults aged 18 and older. Clients under the age of 18 may participate only with a completed parental or legal guardian consent agreement on file with Twin Flames Universe. By enrolling a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have reviewed and agreed to all applicable terms held by Twin Flames Universe, accept full responsibility for the minor's participation, and acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Twin Flame Union Within relies on Twin Flames Universe to maintain and verify parental consent documentation and assumes no independent liability for the enrollment of minors where such consent has been represented as obtained.

Governing Law

This disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of Twin Flame Union Within's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Michigan.

Changes to Terms

Twin Flame Union Within reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in any coaching program or use of any service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the client's responsibility to review this disclaimer periodically.

Consent to Participate

By enrolling in any program, purchasing any session or product, or participating in any coaching service offered by Twin Flame Union Within, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll or participate.
