I just finished an amazing session with Adam. He was kind, gentle, loving, encouraging me to go deeper where the resistance was heavy, and not letting me give up on loving myself through the big body image issue that came up.
I had wanted help claiming my value- in my LP, in my relationships, and as we were going deeper there is when the body image came up like a huge cement wall.

Adam is great at holding the space and lovingly guiding me through both the blocks, and helping me release old criticism from others.
And I was finally able to see and accept myself as I was last year when I started gaining more weight, and also as I am right now when the weight gain is more. And this was a huge relief, as I was unable to see myself as I am now when I was doing this work on my own, and so the clash between my ideal body and current body still continued, causing disruptive patterns when choosing exercise and food regimes. My session with Adam was fantastic. He patiently led me through my upsets and allowed me to go very deep in healing. In fact, I can no longer recall what my upset was because it was healed during the session. He is very well grounded in the Mirror Exercise.
